Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle hiring across functions and territories, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
• Employee Relations and Support: Provide dedicated HR advisory support to employees and team leaders, addressing issues such as performance management, employee relations, and development.
• Training and Development: Collaborate with managers to deliver initiatives that enhance employee growth and engagement.
• Compensation and Benefits: Support and monitor compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with organizational goals.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with legal standards and best practices, while recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain employee records in the HRIS system ( Bob) and generate regular HR reports. Use data insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance management practices and conduct regular feedback sessions to promote employee development.
• HR Projects: Lead or assist in HR projects and initiatives, including engagement surveys, organizational change initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years working as HR Specialist, or similar role, ideally in a high-growth startup environment with constant change as a companion.
• Technical Skills: Superior knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems (preferably Bob and Comeet), with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness, with a resourceful and problem-solving aptitude.
• Analytical Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills, with a knack for using data to drive decisions and provide management insights.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Language: Fluent in English
