As a Core Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and building the foundation of SlimStack’s revolutionary platform. You’ll work with a high-performing team of like-minded individuals who value innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Your work will directly contribute to how organizations optimize their infrastructure, reduce costs, and unlock new possibilities.

• Architect and implement core components of our platform in Go and Python.
• Tackle complex data challenges by designing scalable solutions.
• Develop and optimize Kubernetes operators to deliver seamless integration and automation.
• Work with ClickHouse and other modern technologies to handle large-scale, real-time data processing.
• Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team to experiment, iterate, and ship impactful features.

• 3+ years of experience in Go and/or Python development.
• A deep understanding of system design and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes, ideally developing Kubernetes operators or similar tools.
• A strong background in managing and processing large datasets; ClickHouse experience is a big plus.
• Passion for solving hard technical problems and creating a lasting impact.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience working in early-stage startups or building products from the ground up.
• A strong passion for open-source and Kubernetes ecosystems.
