Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of our organization. This role involves oversight of all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, treasury, and more, across the company and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing startup finances, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location: Yokneam (one designated work-from-home day)

Position Level: Startup mid-level

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all finance, accounting, tax, legal, FP&A, and treasury functions across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Lead the period-close process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Drive cross-company projects, including automation initiatives and process improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, US state-level authorities), and the company's consultants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Team player with a startup mentality, agility, and flexibility.
• Proven experience in a senior financial position in growth companies.
• Certified CPA.
• Experience in a Big-4 accounting firm’s High-tech department.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Efficient and creative problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, capable of learning and working independently.
• Outstanding attention to detail with high levels of analytical and professional skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Managerial experience.
• Experience dealing with the accounting of inventory and related financial processes.
• Experience with B2C companies.
• Familiarity with US tax aspects (e.g., sales tax, state tax, payroll).
• Experience with legal agreements and compliance.
