Project Manager offi

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO (Project Management Officer) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our IT team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in managing IT projects while building strong relationships with clients to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on IT projects.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status updates.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential risks or issues.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Gather feedback from clients and work to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project management tools and practices.

Requirements:

• BSC or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant coursework).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with IT systems, cloud technologies, or networking is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in both project management and client success fields.
