Application Support Specialist

STARTICA is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a team in a financial company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and managing several organization’s core systems. You’ll handle service requests from internal users and external vendors, troubleshoot issues, and implement automation to improve our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for core systems, managing and following up on service requests.
• Work closely with teams like infrastructure, security, development, and QA to improve workflows.
• Conduct regular system checks, troubleshoot issues, and keep systems running smoothly.
• Implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Requirements:

• Technical education or courses – Must.
• 1+ years’ experience in application support within a corporate setting – Must.
• Proficiency in SQL (Join level or higher) – Must.
• Experience in scripting in various programming languages – Must.
• Experience with automation tools – Strong advantage.
