Director of Product Management

RADCOM is a rapidly evolving technology company that provides cutting-edge solutions to help global Telecommunications Service Providers overcome complex challenges while rolling out their new 5G networks. We are looking for an AVP Product Manager who will lead several product activities within the company, focusing on driving product strategy, execution, and innovation. This role demands an in-depth understanding of mobile telecom engineering, particularly in 5G technology, and the ability to define and address the needs of diverse personas. The AVP Product Manager should excel in converting customer needs into strategic product initiatives while showcasing product uniqueness and business value.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of leading and executing multiple key product initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mobile telecom engineering or product management, with a strong emphasis on 5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience working at a mobile operator in an engineering role, progressing to a high-level managerial position, such as a department manager or above.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to identify and define relevant personas for the product’s use cases and target audience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at the executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to product planning and execution.
• Leadership rooted in expertise, knowledge-sharing, and fostering a collaborative, positive culture.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle development process, including creating epics and user stories.
