We seek a dynamic, bilingual professional (Excellent English and good command of Hebrew) with marketing and social media expertise to support the International LL.M. Program. This part-time role involves guiding prospective students through admissions, managing marketing initiatives, and enhancing student and alumni engagement.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Marketing & Student Recruitment for the International LL.M. Program at Tel Aviv University - The Buchmann Faculty of Law. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to communication with prospective students, market research, sales, marketing strategy development, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, and update program websites.
• Organize recruitment events and webinars and participate in online fairs.
• Oversee prospective student pipelines, CRM databases, and enrollment processes.
• Support current students with field trips, extracurricular activities, and daily needs.
• Maintain an alumni network.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent English and good command of Hebrew (additional languages a plus).
• Marketing and social media experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
• Creative, independent, and team-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of international education trends.
• Experience in higher education marketing/recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
