Survey Researcher

About the department

The research department is responsible for the analysis of players research, competitive offering and market trends.

As a Survey Researcher, the new team member will perform customer research for product and marketing departments.

The Survey Researcher will present the findings to the internal customer and deliver a structured report in English.

Responsibilities

• Write questionnaires and analyze the results independently.
• Perform statistical analysis of the questionnaire results independently.
• Present the report to all levels of management in English.
• Create new research methodologies.
• Work with a wide range of internal clients.

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in building and analyzing questionnaires in the industry (not only academic experience).
• Academic background (at least BA or equivalent).
• Ability to create independent research.
• Very high English level – a must!
• Experience with database analysis: Excel, SPSS, R, Python.

• Advantage: Interest in games culture and in games.
