**Job Title: SecOps (Security Operations ) engineer / Hybrid Center of Israel**

**Hybrid: 4 days in office , 1 day at home**

**Job Description:**



We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing security controls, improving our security posture, and supporting business initiatives. You will play a key part in ensuring that our organization’s infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

**Responsibilities**

- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization’s assets.

- Monitor, identify, and investigate security events, providing timely responses to mitigate risks.

- Evaluate and implement security technologies that align with the company's security strategy.

- Stay updated on security trends and recommend new solutions to address emerging threats.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align security measures with overall business objectives.

- Manage security tools such as EDR, Secure Web Gateway, and Identity Platforms.

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Firewalls (LAN and WAN) and a background in SecOps or a similar security-focused role.

- Highly motivated, quick learner, with a strong understanding of security protocols.

- High proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Strong ability to think critically and recommend proactive solutions to security issues.

- Experience with cloud security and infrastructure management.

- Familiarity with advanced security tools (EDR, Email Security, Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Security).

- A solid understanding of networking and security best practices.
