Embedded Software Engineer

An independent research and development company designing and developing software and hardware solutions for leading technology giants and innovative startups in fields such as Medical Technology, Networking, Video, Automotive, and more.

The company is located in central Israel, operating in a hybrid model with three work-from-home days per week. With around 100 employees, over 90% in R&D, they offer a dynamic and youthful atmosphere. The company is profitable, serving long-term active clients with steady revenue streams.

The role involves reporting to the RT Development Department Manager, managing a team of 3–5 developers, and engaging in 30% (dynamic) hands-on work in RT Embedded development using C for ARM systems, STM32, or directly to the processors.

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience in C development – mandatory
• RT/EM experience – mandatory
• Relevant degree – mandatory
• Experience in multidisciplinary systems – mandatory
• Advantage: Experience with microcontrollers/control or power electronics
