Field Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities

 Install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide.

 Provide remote technical support to customer’s various applications

 Provide worldwide on-site technical support to customers.

 Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

 Conduct preventive maintenance.

 Identify and diagnose equipment malfunction, take necessary corrective actions to ensure all systems are operating excellent

 Writing & editing professional technical documents on a variety of equipment.

Requirements

• At least 3-years prior experience in a technical support or field service role. Preferable from multi-disciplinary companies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field – (Practical mechanical, mechatronics, electro-optic or electronic engineering degree or similar)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent level of English
