Systematics’ GIS solutions enable the adding and integration of the spatial dimension in corporate information systems, supporting organizational workflows and enhancing decision making.We are looking for a passionate team player to join our Professional Services team.
The role includes:
- Working with a team of GIS experts to provide professional, courteous, and prompt support to customers
- Developing in GIS environments using various tools
- Solving problems related to server operations, communications, permissions, and databases
- Identifying bugs in ESRI off-the-shelf tools and providing workarounds for continued operation
- Users Training
- Working at the company offices in Ramat Hahayal with occasional visits to customers
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems - mandatory
- At least two years of experience working with ESRI GIS tools - Arc GIS Enterprise - mandatory
- At least two years of experience working with infrastructures such as servers, communication protocols, SQL Server, and Oracle databases - mandatory
- Software development experience of one year or more, preferably in JS and Python environments - a significant advantage
- Experience in development in ESRI GIS environment - significant advantage
- Experience in providing high-level customer service - a significant advantage
