Team Lead

We’re Hiring: Technical Product Lead for a Web-Based Product in the R&D Department

Reporting to the VP of R&D

Our company develops business travel management solutions and handles requests from the Operations Department (support and development).

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who will:

• Serve as the primary knowledge source for our product.
• Manage incoming requests: classify, address directly, delegate to the team, and prioritize tasks.
• Provide ongoing support to the operations team.
• Collaborate with technical teams of our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Position Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience with MS SQL, C# Web development, and Web Services.
• Proven experience in 3rd level support with the ability to quickly and efficiently solve issues.
• Teamwork experience.
• Strong English skills (both written and spoken) for daily communication with international teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – a must!

Additional Information:

• Location: Kfar Saba.
• On-site work, 5 days a week.
