Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including contract negotiation with clients, business partners, and suppliers/vendors.
• Provide legal counsel on investment transactions, from structuring to closing.
• Support M&A transactions and ongoing corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including transaction agreements, MSAs, vendor agreements, software licenses, professional services contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements.
• Lead ad hoc projects and engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage due diligence processes and prepare, review, and summarize reports.

What We're Looking For

• LL.B from a leading academic institution.
• Certification to practice law.
• While 1-2 years of experience in Hi-Tech or international practice is preferable, we also encourage recent graduates of internships from leading law firms in Hi-Tech or international practice are welcome to apply.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, and working with start-ups is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew. Native English communication (native speaker level) is essential, as this position requires writing, drafting, and communication skills in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills to handle multiple transactions and prioritize effectively.
• A collaborative team player who can work independently when required.
• Personable and reliable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with clients, management, and stakeholders.
