LiveU is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordination Intern to support our program management activities. This position is ideal for a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience in program coordination and project oversight in a dynamic environment.
As a Program Coordination Intern, you will collaborate with various teams including business owners, developers, and QA professionals to contribute to the success of ongoing initiatives. Your role will focus on ensuring alignment across teams, monitoring progress, and supporting the continuous improvement of our processes.
Role Description
- Assist in validating the scope of work and managing work plans and backlogs.
- Support coordination efforts with business owners, project managers, developers, and QA engineers to align on program goals, risks, timelines, and resource needs.
- Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring dependencies, risks, and issues are addressed effectively.
- Communicate updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
- Help organize and participate in lesson-learned sessions.
- Contribute to the implementation of program governance and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery quality.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Approximately 2 years of studies remaining)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Work 2-3 days a week from the office.
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
- Basic understanding of program and project management principles
