Responsibilities:
- Operation and monitoring of central IT infrastructures and systems.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the bank's IT operations across all platforms.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot issues across various system levels.
- Perform regular system checks, maintenance, and updates.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement and monitor changes to systems and technologies.
- Respond to and resolve issues under pressure, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in the operation and monitoring of IT systems in large organizations, including TIER-1 infrastructures.
- Proficiency with operating systems: Windows, UNIX, Linux.
- Knowledge of central storage infrastructure: disk controllers, switches.
- Familiarity with VM infrastructures and Kubernetes.
- Experience with networking infrastructure and cybersecurity equipment.
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring systems (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) – an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud systems operations – an advantage.
- Experience with mainframe (MF) systems – an advantage.
