VP of Research and Development

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced VP of Research and Development to lead our fast-growing R D team and drive our technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the R D team to develop innovative wireless systems.

Hire and manage subcontractors and consultants

Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.

Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities in the wireless industry in collaboration with CTO /CSO

Develop and implement R D strategies, roadmaps, and budgets.

Member of the Companys Management

Requirements:

Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in R D, with a focus on wireless systems.

Proven track record of leading successful R D projects and teams.

Strong technical expertise in wireless communication, RTLS or radar signal processing, and system design.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
