Industrial and Management Engineer, Leader and Implementer in the Field of Information Systems

A company engaged in the development and production of new agricultural varieties, marketed in Israel and worldwide, is looking for a dynamic Information Systems Manager (beginning managerial position). The role requires learning and understanding the development, production, and supply chain processes to optimally support them'wuth information systems. The position includes performing system-level tasks, such as leading specification processes, alongside routine services, such as generating reports and handling malfunctions (hands-on position).

Requirements:

• Service-oriented , highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with good command of English, Independent- but also a good team membe.

• The Information Systems Manager will be in contact with all employees and managers and will report to the CFO and COO.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Industrial and Management Engineering.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing and marketing organization, working with ERP systemsand other tools supporting business and supply chain .
• previous experience in the Agriculture R&D field- a [lus/
• knowlege of Priority. ABS, QLIK - a plus.
• Previous relevant working experience in the field of information systems – 2+ years.
• "Hands-on" approach and willingness to perform routine tasks alongside specification and leading system-level processes.
• Good command of English.
