Junior Bookkeeper

We are looking for a motivated and talented bookkeeper to join our finance

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions, manage ledgers and support end of month closing.
• Prepare and manage payment cycles to vendors.
• Prepare foreign and local customer invoices and manage collection.
• Responsible for monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, withholding taxes, National insurance, income tax).
• Ongoing account reconciliation, including closing entries, bank statements and cut-off accounts.
• Review and record reimbursements for employees’ travel and other expense reports.
• Collaborate with controllers on financial report preparation, annual audit and tax filings.
• Manage the company's Mesh and credit card transactions.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper with 1+ years of experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority – must-have), Mesh and Dokka platforms (advantageous)
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to communicate and manage records in English (high-level proficiency – advantageous)
• Highly organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
• Experience in a high-tech company (advantageous)
