We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about energy efficiency and leveraging data to drive innovation.

As a Product Manager at Galooli, you will join a team working on exciting new initiatives and take ownership of all aspects of the product. This includes designing intuitive user flows while also driving the development of data algorithms that provide actionable insights and enable energy optimization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing B2B products, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of product development, including product design, software development management, and the creation of roadmaps and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features that align with market needs and company goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, ensuring clarity and adherence to established processes.
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to refine product features and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between the development team, accounts, marketing and sales team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on product goals.
• Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating the product and defining technical requirements for new projects while ensuring smooth integration with customer needs.

Requirements:

• 1-3 year's work experience as a product manager with a proven track record
• Experience in product management of B2B products (advantage)
• Background in data analysis or related fields, strong analytical skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (advantage)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Availability for hybrid work (3 days per week in the Tel Aviv office).
