Job Description:

As a Facebook Advertising Expert, you will oversee and optimize Facebook campaigns for Kiehl’s. You will manage a monthly advertising budget of $100,000 and handle 30-50 campaigns aimed at achieving superior return on ad spend (ROAS) and increasing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies aligned with Kiehl’s marketing objectives.
• Efficiently allocate a $100,000 monthly budget across multiple campaigns.
• Manage 30-50 Facebook ad campaigns monthly, with a focus on driving sales and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to enhance ROAS and overall results.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing creatives and audience segments.
• Stay updated on Facebook advertising trends and best practices, especially within the cosmetics industry.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content tailored to target audiences.
• Deliver detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with budgets exceeding $100,000 per month, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong track record of optimizing ROAS across multiple campaigns.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
