R&D Project Manager

Check Point is looking for a promising and brilliant Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing development activities in a large-scale, fast-paced, cloud-native environment. You will be an integral part of the engineering management team, helping to refine and elevate processes to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track the full lifecycle of feature development:
• Monitor external commitments and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between various development teams and QA.
• Manage the process for releasing features once they are fully developed and deployed.
• Lead the agile transformation across the organization.
• Define, implement, and monitor engineering processes:
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lessons learned initiatives.
• Prioritize and address critical field issues as they arise.

This role will require a strong focus on process improvement, cross-team collaboration, and driving agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Desired Background

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• 3 years of R&D background
• Proven track record of leading projects from start to finish, driving execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
• Independent, confident, self-motivated, with a proactive, can-do attitude

Preferred:

• Experience with Jira
• Experience in software security or networking
