Legal Counsel

a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel to the company and its various business units, supporting the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal advice to the company's management team and business units.
• Negotiate and draft various contracts and agreements.
• Manage tenders and procurement processes.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Handle litigation matters and represent the company in legal proceedings, including working with external law firms.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Serve as company secretary.
• Manage external legal counsel and the legal budget.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and membership in the Israeli Bar Association.
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience and understanding of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Experience in employment law is a plus.
• Experience in litigation is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial law, contracts, and litigation.
• Knowledge of automotive and consumer law is a plus.
• Excellent English language skills.
