Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing manager to lead Dolav’s global marketing activity in line with Dolav's strategy, values, and KPI targets.

The Marketing Manager will be reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Job Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generate demands and improve conversion rates and lead generation to drive sales and increase market share for our global business.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills to lead the marketing team in achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

· Develop and implement brand strategies, managing brand identity and reputation.

· Plan and execute product launches, including positioning, messaging and sales team training.

· Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

· Oversee digital content creation, website management and analysis tools.

· Develop sales tools and support, collaborating with the sales team.

· Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing the marketing budget.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. MBA – advantage

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, in a global company including a minimum revenue of €30m/y

· Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

· Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

· Experience in managing a marketing team.

· Fluent in English, spoken and written. Other languages – an advantage

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
