Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Algorithm Engineer specializing in Error Correction Codes (ECC) for the optical communication industry.

  Design and simulate ECC architectures, define core capabilities, performance benchmarks, and drive specifications for digital and firmware designer
• s.Develop and integrate ECC algorithms with MODEM simulation
• s.Collaborate with hardware designers to ensure efficient implementation of circuit architecture
• s.Participate in cross-functional teams to support system bring-up, validation, and optimization processe

  A minimum of 5 years of proven hands-on experience in developing ECC algorith
• ms.Proficiency in fixed-point design and programming using MATLAB and
