The Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the Weizmann Institute of Science is hiring AI Hub fellows and associated fellows. We are seeking both fresh and experienced talents to join the Hub and develop innovative tools and solutions in Health, Environment, Life, and Exact Sciences.

We are a "computational clubhouse", where researchers from all disciplines match cutting-edge scientific data with state-of-the-art data science practices and solutions. The hub team consists of people with solid and varied industry and academic experience.

The AI Hub also includes a data-science internship for Weizmann’s students with tutors coming from various computational groups on the campus. 

Requirements

• M.Sc./Ph.D. in relevant research fields, OR multiple years of research – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of non-academic machine-learning / deep-learning experience, out of which 3 years of proven deep learning experience.
• Experience across diverse data domains is highly valued.

Job description

·        Conduct research on a primary project using ML/DL tools in collaboration with one of Weizmann Institute’s Principal Investigators (Professors).

·        Work as part of a diverse team of data scientists engaged in various research projects.

·        Full-time role requiring at least four days on-site at the Weizmann Institute, with at least one day at the AI Hub and the rest in the research group.
