Senior AI/Computer Vision Engineer - Real-Time Sports Event Augmentation & Segmentation

We are looking for a Senior AI/Computer Vision Engineer to join our team, bringing expertise in neural networks and computer vision. This role involves researching, developing, and optimizing AI models to deliver robust, real-time results under challenging conditions. You’ll work on models that include segmentation, scene detection, object tracking, depth estimation from monocular cameras, and automatic adjustments for environmental conditions to create an immersive and visually stunning broadcast experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy neural network for real-time sports semantic segmentation across various sports (Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, etc.).
• Research, evaluate, and optimize models for challenging scenarios, including complex lighting, environmental changes, and dynamic surfaces.
• Collaborate with the team to create scalable and efficient AI/ML pipelines that integrate into our production system.
• Work with both Python and C++ to ensure smooth, high-performance deployment and audit results within our production environment.
• Innovate around the computer vision and sports augmentation space to keep Brand Brigade at the cutting edge of AI technology.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience working on neural nets including CNNs, GANs and diffusion models
• Over 3 years of experience in developing highly accurate semantic segmentation models
• Expertise in adjusting open-source nets to specific use cases
• Expertise in Python with proven experience in deep learning frameworks and neural network development.
• Proficiency in C++ to understand and collaborate on production code, optimizing and auditing neural networks for deployment.
• Strong background in classical computer vision
• Knowledge of GPU-accelerated processing and TensorRT or similar frameworks for high-performance applications.
• Obsession with continuously improving our models

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sports event augmentation and knowledge of the unique challenges in this domain.
• Strong understanding of computer vision-based 3D awareness, depth estimation, and object tracking from monocular cameras.
