• Handle core returns efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate the acceptance and inspection of incoming parts to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage parts issuance to various departments while maintaining accurate records.
• Keep stock levels up-to-date through regular inventory checks and reporting.
• Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parts to the Line Maintenance (LM).
• Assist in resolving customs clearance issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Address any material-related matters and support the Supply Chain team as needed.

Knowledge and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in materials management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have good English and Hebrew language skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the aviation industry and its materials management practices is a plus.
• Good skills with MS Office programs and e-mails.

Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Operator (Field Work)

Location: TLV, Aviation Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments of aviation parts and materials.
• Transfer received goods to the appropriate receiving department for inspection and documentation.
• Organize and manage the issuance of aviation parts to various departments, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and report discrepancies.
• Prepare, package, and ship parts and materials in compliance with aviation industry standards.
• Facilitate the safe and timely delivery of parts to internal teams such as Line Maintenance (LM).
• Assist in resolving any customs clearance issues and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to resolve any materials-related issues.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics, materials management, or warehousing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and basic email correspondence.
• Aviation industry experience or knowledge of aviation parts is a plus.
