A Day in the Life

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our product team.

This role will focus on working closely with development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions. The Product Owner will be responsible for providing product and software requirements and ensuring effective communication between the business and development teams.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• You will drive product vision from ideation to implementation.
• You will understand user needs and business goals.
• You will oversee all stages of product creation and improvement, including design and development.
• You will manage the product backlog and prioritize the tasks based on changing requirements.
• You will be responsible for building and grooming product backlog, including writing requirements, epics, features, and stories for shared understanding and execution.
• You will coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery.
• You will oversee product releases from inception to completion or transition, ensuring adherence to release timelines and quality metrics.
• You will participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
• You will work closely with engineers with a wide range of expertise - data engineering, cloud computing, and high-scale systems.
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• At least three years of experience as a product owner, including leading an entire feature lifecycle with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to understand and take ownership of complex processes and business needs and translate them to simple, effective, and scalable product solutions.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on, keen on details, and enthusiastic about data.
• Experience in agile methodology from software companies
• Healthcare experience, especially with medical-grade products.
• Experience working in a remote and international environment.
