Responsibilities

• Lead the development, monitoring, and management of labor budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with FP&A and HR to anticipate staffing needs and associated costs.
• Analyze historical labor data to create precise labor cost projections.
• Labor Expense Analysis
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual labor costs against budgets, identifying root causes of deviations.
• Provide detailed explanations for any discrepancies, highlighting opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare labor cost reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Support controllers with data for special labor compensations throughout the year.
• Productivity and Efficiency Analysis
• Evaluate productivity metrics (e.g., output per location, labor cost per unit) to assess and improve workforce efficiency.
• Take ownership of special projects focused on workforce productivity and optimization.
  
  

• 2+ years of managerial experience as a FP&A Manager in a global company (at least 1 role)
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven track record of leading financial analysis and procedures
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Highly motivated and proactive individual
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with SAP Business One and/or Oracle ERP – an advantage
• Knowledge of EPM Oracle – an advantage
