An innovative Tel Aviv-based company is looking for an Operations Coordinator who will play a key role in day-to-day activities, while also supporting HR operations and providing executive assistance to the CEO.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders, procurement processes, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate shipment logistics, handling couriers and deliveries to support seamless business operations.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize and streamline daily operations.
• Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating company events.
• Provide executive support to the CEO, handling calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks, contributing to efficient workflow across the organization.

🎯 Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles within a startup or high-tech environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle various tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in HR operations is a plus, with a good understanding of HR processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• A team player with a positive attitude, capable of adapting to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
