International Business Development and Marketing Manager for Marketing and Sales of Electro-Optical Systems
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a business and marketing strategy
- Leading marketing campaigns with potential clients and securing new orders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international marketing and sales in the defense sector - mandatory
- Experience in electro-optics or aviation - an advantage
- Proven experience in managing or leading large-scale marketing and business development
- Negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration - mandatory
- Ability to work in an integrated and matrix environment
- Teamwork and system-wide perspective
- High-level English proficiency - mandatory
- Additional relevant languages - an advantage
- Experience with AI tools - an advantage
