• Experience in electro-optics or aviation - an advantage
• Proven experience in managing or leading large-scale marketing and business development

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration - mandatory
• Ability to work in an integrated and matrix environment
• Teamwork and system-wide perspective
• High-level English proficiency - mandatory
• Additional relevant languages - an advantage
