PassportCard is Hiring an Experienced Medical Claims Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring the processing of global medical claims for the company’s insured clients, with a focus on cost management.
• Analyzing and defining reports on claims activity, drawing conclusions, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Implementing solutions to enhance the claims handling process and reduce costs.
• Collaborating with medical, claims, and customer service teams to ensure optimal care for the company’s insured clients.
• Adhering to work protocols and meeting quality service targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing medical claims or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in medicine, health, or a related field.
• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and high-level communication abilities.
• Service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate internal interfaces.
