Job Description:

• Handling procurement requests from company sites while meeting SLA requirements.

• Conducting negotiations with suppliers to reduce costs and improve procurement terms.

• Collecting and organizing supplier quotations and preparing comparison tables.

• Issuing purchase orders and sending them to suppliers and initiators.

• Providing support to project managers and suppliers, including resolving routine issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in procurement within the construction industry, particularly in residential projects.

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level or higher and experience with Priority system.

• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness in working with project managers and suppliers.

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a high level of customer service orientation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Meeting 90% of purchase order requests within SLA guidelines.

• Issuing 80% of purchase orders based on pre-established price lists.

• Achieving high satisfaction rates among service recipients.

Requirements:

• Academic degree – an advantage.

• Proven experience in project-based procurement – mandatory.

Location:

Company offices in Petah Tikva.
