IT Finance Implementor & PM

Description

We are hiring a QAD finance implementor & Project manager to our Global IT division.

Main Responsibilities

• Global QAD Finance Support: Providing day-to-day QAD finance support, Establish and continuously improve processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements within QAD. Providing daily service to finance system's users
• Lead initiatives to improve user adoption and reduce the number of recurring support requests.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve system performance, user satisfaction, and support efficiency. Drive process improvements, increase support responsiveness, and minimize the impact of technical issues on business operations.
• Manage various projects related to QAD finance processes.
• Recommend and design future state process solutions.
• Develop and implement new solutions and maintain existing solutions.
• Participate in and/or lead test planning, document test plans, and test conditions.
• Perform solution testing, document test results, and assist with defect resolution.
• Be a primary contact with third party developers on solutions. Leading the finance end to end development process from design to acceptance & implementation.
• Processes monitoring and improvement, end user training, problem resolution and ongoing global support.
• Manage users and permissions
  
  

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, finance or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years with information systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid analytical, communications skills and project management skills.
• Familiarity and experience working with the QAD (ERP) system.
• Familiarity with financial systems
• Fluent English (other languages - an advantage)
