**Position Overview:**

We're seeking a Sales Leader to drive our go-to-market strategy and bring our innovative solution to leading organizations. This role will be crucial in shaping our market presence and contributing to our rapid growth.

**What Success Looks Like:**

• Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and HR leaders

• Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets

• Contributing to product strategy based on market insights

• Establishing COMMUNi as a leading solution in the employee experience space

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with HR leaders and C-suite executives

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

• Provide market feedback to product and management teams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Present complex solutions in clear, compelling ways

**Required Qualifications:**

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience

• Track record of closing enterprise deals and meeting targets

• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• independent and self motivated person

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in HR Tech or Employee Experience solutions

• Knowledge of organizational development and HR processes

• Background in SaaS sales

• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
