About the role:

Lead and manage significant cross-organizational processes from initiation to implementation, aiming to enhance customer journeys, business outcomes, and support company objectives.

• Map and define customer-centric workflows, balancing diverse needs, driving organizational initiatives, and collaborating with various business stakeholders.

• Develop and define operational models, analyze and construct workflows for different organizational units with a holistic perspective.

• Establish expertise in the field, promote advanced methodologies, and ensure their implementation across the company.

• Work closely with senior management and interfaces throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management or a related field – required. Master’s degree – an advantage.

• 5+ years of experience in managing organizational methods/processes with a customer-focused perspective and customer journey improvements in a large organization.

• Previous experience in strategic consulting firms – a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with customer experience, advanced practices, market research, etc. – a significant advantage.

• Proven ability to lead substantial organizational change processes.

• Strong analytical skills, broad business vision, and the ability to independently drive interfaces in a dynamic environment.
