Invocap is a digital lending platform focused on the UK Real Estate market, with a presence in Tel Aviv. Our

small team is a collaboration of finance and technology professionals from some of the world’s

largest finance and technology institutions. Our shareholders include industry-leading investors

and major financial institutions.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Tel Aviv office as a

Business Operations Manager. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience,

preferably with a background in finance or accounting, although this is not mandatory. The ideal

candidate is a quick learner and a proactive problem-solver, eager to grow with our team.

As part of the operations team, you will work closely with both internal teams and external

funders, managing loan structuring, debt sales, and loan facilitation. This position will provide

hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment, working closely with various

departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Operations: Act as a key facilitator in the end-to-end management of loans
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for funders and clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring that loans are efficiently managed
• Debt Sales and Loan Structuring: Structure and package loans for funders, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Support Finance and Accounting Functions: Assist with account reconciliations, transaction monitoring, and provide day-to-day support to the accounting team.
• Data Management and Reporting: Work with Excel and internal platforms to monitor loan portfolios, ensure accurate and up-to-date information, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other teams to support business operations and maintain high standards of service and compliance.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree or working towards (preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel and data management skills – an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent, adaptable, and a proactive problem solver
