As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar Support & Compliance Agent to join our great team!
Responsabilites
- Responding to events and various technical problems
- Providing technical support / operational support to customers
- Processing financial transactions
- Assessing basic risk
- Analyzing user behavior
- Tracking the events until problems are resolved, contacting the relevant factors in the organization as needed
- 24*7 shifts position 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00
- Direct communication with worldwide customers via written communication
- Commitment required for a minimum of 3 shifts a week. Requires a responsibility to work on weekends/nights / Holidays
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience
- Excellent written communication skills in English at a native level
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- “Can do” positive attitude, highly motivated with the ability to perform with independence
- Willing to work in shifts and flexible hours, committed to working in this position for 1 year
- Strong communication skills
