Senior Bookkeeper

We are a rapidly growing gaming company, known for our innovative approach and engaging titles enjoyed by players worldwide. As we scale, we’re looking for an independent and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team and support our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the bookkeeping operations across the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Monitor cash flow and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT and income tax filings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Priority, Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including tax laws and reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
