Quality Assurance Manager

A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Description:

• Oversee the company’s comprehensive quality system and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define policies, implement processes, and integrate advanced quality practices to achieve high standards and manage risks.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to ensure professional excellence.
• Plan and execute audits, investigate incidents, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics, analyze data, and lead process improvement and optimization projects.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients on quality-related matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience in quality assurance management within the metalworking or aerospace industry – mandatory.
• Certified Quality Engineer.
• Strong command of English.
• Expertise in industry standards, regulations, and quality certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
