Data Engineer

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company offers a hybrid work model with three work-from-home days. Globally, the company employs over 1,000 people, including approximately 130 in Israel.

About the role:

• 50% Backend Development using Python and Scala
• 50% Data Engineering tasks
• Work as part of a team of data and software engineers to build the Authentic Attention products.
• Process tens of billions of records daily using Python and Scala.
• Utilize advanced technologies like Spark, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, DataBricks, and GCP managed solutions such as Google Composer.
• Develop next-generation digital advertising optimization tools for the world’s largest advertisers to improve ROI understanding and optimization.
• Work on a big data product at a massive scale with high impact on clients and the digital advertising industry.
• Maintain high engineering standards, including testing, automated deployment, infrastructure as code, and strong monitoring and availability.

Requirements-

• 4 years in Software Development
• 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• 3 years experience coding in Python\Java\C#\Scala and a like
• 3 years experience working with relational databases
• 2 years of experience building ETLs or ELTs
• Good analytical skills and well versed with SQL
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for development with high quality and a sharp mind
• Experience maintaining business-critical production systems
