Senior Delivery Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Project Manager to manage our large-scale aviation program including product development, manufacturing, and delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the master program plan, scope, timelines, and budget
• Managing program activities, working with R&D and Operation leads to provide continuous reporting on program aspects: budget, timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.
• Identify and manage program risks
• Manage the delivery of the product to the customer
• Serve as the main program management interface to the customer
• Instill aeronautical program processes into the Gilat development and delivery processes.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
• 5 years or more of customer-facing program management experience with airborne products. PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in RF and antenna technologies – a major advantage
• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Ability to understand and communicate with internal stakeholders and customers on both the high level details as well as the technical details of the project
• Self-starter with a result driven attitude
• Proven experience in executive level communications and presentations
• Excellent English and Hebrew expression, spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of products and Monday.com
• Ability to travel internationally (20%)
