Job Description – Media Campaign Analyst

A leading digital marketing startup specializing in innovative and groundbreaking projects is seeking a talented Media Campaign Analyst to help manage and evaluate the effectiveness of our activities on social networks and various media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance across multiple media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
• Conduct user behavior analyses, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Extract data reports from advertising platforms and present findings to management and relevant teams.
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success while continuously adjusting marketing strategies.
• Generate actionable insights from data and reports to optimize marketing impact and effectively reach target audiences.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of prior experience as a media or digital marketing analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including creating complex reports.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or other BI tools (advantage).
• Deep understanding of digital advertising processes and paid promotion on platforms like Facebook and Google.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and the ability to analyze data accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey insights clearly to various teams within the organization.
