Role: We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our management team. The role requires the ability to manage, coordinate, and oversee all operational aspects of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, and achievement of targets in the company core domains: aerial photography flights in Israel and abroad, image processing and analysis, and large-scale 3D modelling.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and take full responsibility for daily operations and work processes, including project management and internal process optimization.
• Manage the image processing, product creation, and quality control teams, while handling budget, deadlines, monitoring and improving performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees while maintaining a dynamic and innovative work environment.
• Manage the aerial operations sector and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations and execute aerial photography flights domestically and internationally.
• Engage in strategic planning to carry out long-term initiatives that advance the company's mission.

Requirements:

• Mandatory - Relevant degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Geo-Information, Information Systems Engineering or Business Administration, etc.
• Mandatory - At least 5 years of prior experience in a managerial role in operations or project management and managing operations teams.
• Proven managerial skills in leading teams and multi-interface projects, with creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic vision, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in civil aviation, familiarity with concepts and processes related to airspace, aerial operations, and aviation activities both domestically and globally – an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge in photogrammetry and GIS – an advantage.
