Algorithm Engineer

A startup company developing a digital services Marketplace platform connecting businesses and freelancers worldwide. The platform offers diverse services like content writing, web development, logo creation, marketing, and translation, as well as B2B solutions.

Based in Tel Aviv near a train station, with 600 employees in Israel and 1,000 globally.

The role involves Research to Production tasks, focusing on ML, GenAI, DL, Big Data, and Cloud at scale. Responsibilities include algorithm development, A/B testing, and lifecycle management, working with Python and Golang on complex NLP and search challenges.

Requirements-

• 2 years of hands-on development experience in a production environment, with solid knowledge of OOP and experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• 3 years of experience developing and implementing data-based algorithms.
• BSc & MSc graduates in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar fields from leading institutions.
• Vast knowledge and passion for AI, machine learning, statistics, and math.
• Avid learner with a deep passion for data, eager to explore new territories and solve complex problems.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to visualize and explain complex concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and team player.
