Role Overview:

As a Partnerships Associate at develeap, you will collaborate closely with some of the industry’s top cloud providers, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Your role will center on building and nurturing relationships that align with develeap’s mission to drive innovative, best-in-class DevOps solutions. You will work cross-functionally with our expert teams to develop and execute high-impact joint initiatives, ensuring that our partnerships generate maximum value for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with cloud technology partners, driving collaboration to unlock new business opportunities.
• Work with internal teams (DevOps engineers, sales, marketing, and HR) to maintain and strengthen cloud partnerships, and to maximize opportunities afforded by it.
• Assess and prioritize new partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with develeap’s strategic goals and growth plans.
• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize collaborative efforts.
• Represent develeap at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote and strengthen key partnerships.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role, ideally in the tech, DevOps, or cloud services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Passion for building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams to drive meaningful impact.
• High level of proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
