Online Gaming Partnerships Manager

ryze beyond is an online commerce company with the goal of streamlining the consumer decision-making process, and connecting customers with industry-leading brands. The networks we create help shoppers make smarter decisions about the products they want to buy. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Gaming Partnerships Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Initiate, develop and manage relationships with key partners.
• Identify potential partners that align with the company’s goals and values.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms using analytical data.
• Plan and implement strategies based on target KPIs.
• Track and analyze partnership performance; identify and implement improvements.
• Build professional relationships with senior managers .
• Generate new business development initiatives and maintain a commercial pipeline.
• Understand prospects needs, problems or wants.
• Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the online gaming industry in partnership management, customer success, business development, affiliate management, sales position, and account management.
• Experience in the UK gaming market – MUST
• Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Experience developing new markets and go-to-market strategies, including leading in such planning.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience working with C level managers – advantage
• English speaker or mother tongue level
