Maintenance Technician

Description

Equipment maintenance of Primary and Secondary tools: laser, prober, saw, mask aligner, Wet Etch chemicals, press tool, finish machines

Ability to improve existing tools & jigs, using knowledge and experience. Working well alone and with additional Technician when required for complicated tasks.

Working with Personal Computer and Maintenance malfunction software.

Major Responsibilities

Operating and Maintenance of Primary and Secondary equipment 30%

Technical Maintenance of various machinery in production floor 50%

Planning and executing mechanical jigs and accessories for production. 20%

Requirements

Technician/practical engineer preferably in mechanics

Technical experience in the semiconductors industry - advantage
