Position Overview

As a Financial Data Specialist at Safebooks AI, you will blend technical and financial expertise to guide customers in leveraging our platform effectively. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll streamline implementations, deliver meaningful insights, and help customers realize the full value of Safebooks AI.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Consulting & Onboarding

• Lead Implementations: Dive into customer use cases and configure the Safebooks platform to meet complex business needs.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to define clear, detailed requirements for new and existing customers.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct demos and workshops that empower end-users to maximize Safebooks AI’s capabilities.

Customer Success & Relationship Building

• Trusted Advisor: Act as the dedicated technical point of contact, fostering close, personalized relationships to address questions and share updates.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively track platform usage and customer feedback to uncover areas where additional value can be delivered.
• Retention & Expansion: Check in regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction, learn about new needs, and recommend solutions that drive long-term success.

Workflow Optimization & Support

• Platform Configuration & Automation: Customize and automate the Safebooks platform to solve complex challenges.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to quickly address roadblocks and deliver accurate, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with and implementing multiple business applications, preferably ERPs, Billing Systems, and CRMs 
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and delight customers
• Passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to drive customer success and business value
• Demonstrated track record of excellence
